Award-winning director and cinematographer Michael Dillon is a pioneer in adventure filmmaking and mountain film cinematography. He has made five documentaries with Sir Edmund Hillary and A Little Bit Mongolian is his newest journey. Meet Angus Paradice; he is an every day Australian twelve year old. Or is he? Angus visited Northern Mongolia on a family vacation and watched with envy as the local children raced each other over vast distances on horseback. He vowed he would one day join them. Back in Australia, Angus trained for a year, riding fifteen miles home from school every day. When he was ready he returned to Mongolia with his family to find a trainer willing to take him on and help him realise his dream of being the first foreign boy ever to compete in the big Naadam festival horse races. Will Angus find the right trainer? Will the local boys allow him to race alongside them? Join the Paradice family as they try to make Angus' dream a reality.
+ Q&A session to follow screening.
