Crumpler Volunteers
Sure, there's the pleasure of rubbing shoulders with the filmmakers. But plenty of elbow grease goes into producing the four-day Dungog Film Festival too. Our hard-working, problem-solving, movie-loving, people-pleasing, get-your-hands-dirty group of dedicated volunteers and staff are known as the Festival Crew. The Crew is the nuts and bolts of the Festival; we simply could not do it without them. What kind of talents do we need? Ushers to finesse the crowds. Muscles to haul gear….the list goes on and on.Your first step is to apply - we'll figure out how to harness your extraordinary talents after that. Past volunteers get first crack at positions for the next festival. Be warned, that leaves few spots for newcomers. First-time vollies are primarily chosen by matching your skills to our needs. Help your cause by applying early. Witness the charm of this unique film event, while contributing the blood, sweat and tears that pulls it off. We need you, so volunteer now. All Volunteers receive one of these exclusive Crumpler bags:
